Ownership of rights includes material such as website design, images, videos, audio, text, graphic design, software compilations, source codes, and any other undeclared material that Grain Pastry & Bakery has published on the Site.
1) Third-party advertisements would not be allowed. If users Grain legal notice and Web site User Agreement, the rights of third parties, or otherwise misusing the Grain Network or its related properties, We are not responsible for this. it will be users responsibility.
2) Grain takes reasonable precautions to protect information disclosed to us. Grain reserves the right to transfer all such information in connection with the sale of all or part of its capital stock or assets In addition, we are not responsible for any breach of security or any actions of any third party that may have access to the information. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of such third parties or how they treat information about their users.
Refund and Returns Policy
Due to nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchange for bakery items.
However, we will provide full refund under following scenarios with in 72 hours:
1. Any items that are out of stock at the time of ordering will be refunded.
2. If you received an incorrect items or damaged items.
3. If we fail to deliver you on the date and time stated on your contract. If we deliver the items 3 hours late, or less we will NOT provide a refund.
4. If you cancel your order before 48hours.
