Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for bakery items.
However, we will provide a full refund under the following scenarios within 72 hours:
1. Any items that are out of stock at the time of order will be refunded.
2. If you received incorrect items or damaged items.
3. If we fail to deliver to you on the date and time stated in your contract. If we deliver the items 3 hours late, or less we will NOT provide a refund.
4. If you cancel your order before 48 hours.

Grain Pastry & Bakery owns and is in control of all property and materials displayed on the Site. Ownership of rights includes material such as website design, images, videos, audio, text, graphic design, software compilations, source codes, and any other undeclared material that Grain Pastry & Bakery has published on the Site.

1) Third-party advertisements would not be allowed. If users Grain legal notice and Web site User Agreement, the rights of third parties, or otherwise misuse the Grain Network or its related properties, We are not responsible for this. it will be the user’s responsibility.

2) Grain takes reasonable precautions to protect information disclosed to us. Grain reserves the right to transfer all such information in connection with the sale of all or part of its capital stock or assets In addition, we are not responsible for any breach of security or any actions of any third party that may have access to the information. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of such third parties or how they treat information about their users.

Terms & Conditions

For the Customer:
1. Our website uses cookies. By using our website or agreeing to these ‘Terms and conditions, you consent to our use of cookies.

2. Any activity that we deem to be inappropriate can result in disallowance of usage.

3. The customer may not conduct any activity that may result in damage to the website or impairment of the performance, availability or accessibility of the website.

4. Use of our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, or other malicious computer software is disallowed.

5. The customer, upon agreement with the ‘Terms and Conditions earns usage rights of the site within the parameters outlined and defined by us.

6. The customer must provide legitimate information while ordering a cake.

7. We reserve the right to obtain validation of payment before providing service.

8. We reserve the right to change the products and colors from the pictures shown if necessary. The colors are matched closely but are not pantones; this is an edible product after all.

9. Where delivery is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. We cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no one to accept delivery.

10. If you have arranged to collect from one of our outlets, the cake will be available within the time slot selected. If for some reason you are unable to collect on the day specified, please contact the outlet. We will hold the cake for you until the end of its shelf-life when it will be discarded. Once a cake has been accepted, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely transport to its destination

11. We will not grant a refund if we are unable to deliver due to an absence at the delivery address on the order form. We cannot be held responsible for changes and amendments made after the order is placed by you.

12. Customers should not provide any information that may harm or neglect one person /nation/brand.

13. We have all the right to cancel any order at any time.

14. Our Terms & Conditions also includes Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

15. Customers will earn 1 Reward Point for every 100Tk spent on our website. Rewards points will be added to the customer account after the successful delivery of the product.

16. Some product images are illustrative only. Therefore, there may be slight variations in appearance.

17. We offer home delivery all over Dhaka city only. Delivery charge is calculated based on area.
